This website is operated by Nordic Functional Brands UK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16929676, registered office 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London HA4 7AE, United Kingdom ("we"). We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can contact us about privacy at info@nordicfunctional.com.

When you visit this website

This website is hosted by Vercel. To count visits we use Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. It records anonymous page views: the page, the referring site, the country and region, and the device type, operating system and browser. A visitor is recognised only by a temporary code made from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours. We see only totals, and we cannot identify you from them. We do this in our legitimate interest in running a secure website and understanding how it is used.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

When you write to us

If you e-mail us, we use your name, e-mail address, company and the content of your message to reply and to handle your enquiry. We do this in our legitimate interest in answering you, or to take steps you ask for before a contract. We keep the correspondence for up to 24 months after our last exchange, or longer where it becomes part of a business relationship, in which case we keep business records for as long as the law requires.

Who else handles your data

• Zoho, our e-mail provider, which keeps our mail in the European Union.
• Vercel Inc., which hosts this website and provides its analytics, under its data processing terms. Vercel may process data in the United States and relies on the standard contractual clauses, with the UK Addendum, for that.
• Anthropic Ireland Limited, which provides the AI tool Claude that we use to research public company information, prepare messages and handle correspondence. Anthropic may transfer data to the United States and relies on standard contractual clauses for that.
• Our accountants, and public authorities where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can object at any time to our use of your details, including for marketing, by writing to info@nordicfunctional.com, and we will stop. You also have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its use, and, where the law provides, to receive it in a portable form. To use these rights, write to info@nordicfunctional.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, if you are in the European Union, to the data protection authority in your country.

We will update this notice when our practices change, and show the date of the latest version at the top.
