# What is an MOQ?

> MOQ means minimum order quantity: the smallest number of units made in one run for you. Every format has its own, because each run has a setup: the line, the labels or wrappers, the packs. Ours start at 300 jars of capsules, 100 kg per powder, 480 cans and 6,000 protein bars.

## What it means: The smallest run made for you.

A minimum order quantity is set per product, not per order. If you want two capsule products, each has its own minimum. If you want one powder in two flavours, ask: the minimum is per powder.

Minimums exist because every run has a fixed setup. Labels and wrappers are printed for you, packs are filled for you, and the line is set up for your product. Below the minimum, that setup costs more than the product.

These are the smallest runs we take, by format.

- Capsules and tablets: from 300 jars per product
- Powders: from 100 kg per powder for an own run
- Drinks in cans: our ready drink under your label, from 480 cans
- Protein bars: from 6,000 bars
- Amino water in 330 ml cans: from 10,000 cans
- Protein water and custom drinks: on request

## Starting small: Pick the format with the minimum you can sell.

The right first order is the one you can sell before it goes out of date. Start with one product your buyers already ask for, at the minimum, and reorder when it sells.

## How it works: Five steps to your first run.

1. Send your logo and website. Tell us the format and roughly how much you want. Your logo and your website are the brief.
2. See it on the real pack. We send a mock-up of your label on the real pack, so you see the product before anything is made.
3. Samples, then your order. You check samples first. When you are happy with them, you place your order.
4. Pay upfront. Our ready drink and stock formats are paid upfront by bank transfer.
5. We label, pack and ship. We label, pack and ship your products under your brand.
